Perfect for learning the lowercase alphabet, each block features a unique animal picture, a number or math symbol, and four letters (two embossed) for a total of four complete alphabets. Made from Michigan basswood, brightly colored with child-safe inks, and handcrafted with attention to detail. The blocks are a generous 1¾" (44mm) cubed a perfect size for small hands!Most of the written language around us in written in lowercase letters, so it makes good sense to first teach children the lowercase letters, and teach them the uppercase letters second.
